Salary range for this position is $79,012-$92,979Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator of Education Development is responsible for aspects of education and professional development. This includes creating and consulting on the educational materials, provide training sessions, and deliver presentations related to a broad range of activities, while supporting a blended learning environment. The Coordinator supports the creation of pathways in clinical and non-clinical concepts or skills to meet regulatory and compliance measures within our learning management system (LMS). Willingness to travel to all OSF HeatthCare service areas.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Management, Communications or Health Care Administration
Experience: 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Knowledge of AHA CPR programming
Other skills/knowledge: Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems Willingness to travel to all OSF HealthCare service areas.
