Expected pay for this position is $33.18 - $43.97/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Supply Chain Resource Integration is responsible for leading the supply chain team of professionals in optimizing the value, quality, efficiency, and resiliency of our supply chain products, services, and processes. Assisting and guiding their efforts in conducting comprehensive assessments and implementing resiliency and standardization initiatives. The Manager of Supply Chain Resource Integration will facilitate the clinical, contractual, and regulatory requirements of supply disruptions, conversions, recalls, and new product requests while working closely with clinical integration, contracting, procurement, distribution, and MVC representatives for the ministry. (Expected Travel 25%).
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, business administration, or related
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment including clinical or medical product interaction and 2 years leadership experience.
Licensure/ Certification: N/A
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Change management successes in a health care environment.
- An advanced knowledge and understanding of Sourcing/Procurement Systems and processes; analytical methods, measurements, and software.
