Expected pay for this position is $26.46 - $31.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
This is a remote-working position at the discretion of leadership after training and orientation are complete.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Behavioral Health Navigator will serve as a daily resource for other Behavioral Health Navigators to address barriers in assisting patients in obtaining behavioral healthcare. The Lead will communicate Ministry Behavioral Health goals, objectives and deadlines to team. The Lead Behavioral Health Navigator will assist the management team in interviewing and hiring new Behavioral Health Navigators as needed. The lead will serve as a preceptor and provide support and encouragement for newly hired Behavioral Health Navigators. The Lead will provide team members with case consultations and develop of a plan of care to identify available resources for individuals with behavioral health conditions and will act as a subject matter expert for the Behavioral Health Navigator role.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors in Human Service or healthcare related field
Experience:
2 years of behavioral health experience
Other skills/knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
License/Certifications:
License in LPC, LSW, LCPC or LCSW
Other requirements/information:
Able to recognize crisis situations to elevate to management/clinicians/Emergency Department, Emergency Response Service or other Community Emergency Resources.
