Overview

Expected pay for this position is $37.99 - $44.70/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Program Manager works in close collaboration with MFM leadership and is responsible for the overall coordination, development and delivery and monitoring of complex projects that cross department, organization and entity boundaries. Directs activities from original concept through design and implementation and ensures program objectives are achieved within the agreed upon scope, timeline, risk management and resource levels. They will oversee establishment and assessment of program metrics and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs within the scope of the MFM specialty. The program manager will represent MFM in interactions with patients and families at OSF and other medical entities, as well as in the community participating in informational and community activities in support of MFM. The position ensures high levels of effective communication, coordination and integration within the MFM medical specialties and serves as a key liaison between leadership and business leads and executives throughout MFM and OSF.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nursing, or other closely related field

Experience:

  • 3 years professional experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with business and/or information technology planning, facilitating or directing a project team, and leading interdisciplinary projects.

Licensure/ Certification: N/A

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery and operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in leadership, process improvement, or data analytics

Experience:

  • Experience with data analytics, process improvement, or previous leadership experience
