The Marketing Manager - Shared Services leads and manages a team of creative professionals who support the marketing initiatives for the Northeast portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for upholding brand standards, providing creative guidance, and reviewing all creative output to ensure alignment with brand direction and objectives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong creative background, and a deep understanding of brand direction.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the shared services team, including graphic designers, copywriters, email developer, and traffic manager.

Review and approve all creative output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and visual identity.

Manage creative resources, including design tools, software, and assets, to support the creative’s needs.

Contribute to the development of creative strategies that align with brand objectives.

Provide creative input and direction for various projects and campaigns.

Allocate shared services team members efficiently based on skill set, project demands, and priorities.

Provide feedback and guidance to creative resources for continuous improvement.

Foster collaboration between creative teams and other departments to support marketing and brand initiatives.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and creative marketing to keep the organization's materials fresh and innovative.
Working Conditions:
• Remote working environment.
• Some overtime required as special projects arise.
• Majority of work performed at a computer in a seated position.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field.

Proven experience in creative direction, brand management, and overseeing creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in marketing or related position.

Strong knowledge of design principles, visual communication, and branding.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for design.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in creative software and tools.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between different projects with ease.

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related creative software.

Energy industry or consumer products experience is preferred but not required.
