Summary
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in connecting customers with the right Road Armor products — from rugged bumpers to custom accessories — while providing excellent customer experience and supporting revenue growth. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and serves as a central contact for B2B customers, retail partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of inside sales experience in the automotive aftermarket and thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
- Manage outbound sales communications (calls, emails, chat)
- Build relationships with fleet accounts, jobbers, distributors, and retail accounts.
- Create accurate quotes and process customer orders in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Road Armor products
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into satisfied buyers
Account Management & Support
- Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and returns professionally
- Maintain account records in CRM system
- Monitor sales trends and customer needs to recommend solutions
Collaboration & Process Excellence
- Work closely with the Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Provide product knowledge and support for promotions or campaigns
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings, inventory, and specs
- Contribute to team goals and support process improvement efforts

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of inside sales experience, in the automotive aftermarket
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience working with fleets, jobbers, distributors and B2B accounts
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with a team-first mindset
- Knowledge of automotive accessories, trucks, or off-road culture is a major plus
