SUMMARY
The MIG Robotic Welder Operator shall ensure parts are manufactured or processed in accordance with process control plans and that production output targets are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
Include, but are not limited to, the following
- Ensure parts are made or processed in accordance with all production procedures.
- Efficiently and effectively operate robot MIG weld cells.
- Adjust and set Robotic Weld machines to specification
- Ensure parts are made or processed in a prompt manner and production output requirements are met.
- Tack Weld per procedures.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with safety policies and procedures and reporting potential or actual hazards to supervision.
- Observe all workplace rules and regulations.
- Keep work areas clean and neat at all times.
- Train new personnel in operating Robots. I.e., machine safety, gauging, loading, and unloading of parts, highlighting any quality requirements, and maintenance requirements of the Robot.
- Moving stock within the work area.
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Trade school, college, weld experience, or a combination
