The Treasury Analyst is a full-time position responsible for processing daily deposits, leading a variety of treasury functions, providing customer service to customers, accounts receivable, accounts payable and assisting the sales team as well as Risk and Finance Departments.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for daily deposit execution and reconciliation; monitoring and managing daily cash positions, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs; preparing and distributing daily cash reports to senior management.
  • Responsible for A/R and Bad Debt Reporting; working with internal and external partners to assist in the collection and management of high-risk A/R balances.
  • Maintain schedules of all borrowing, investing, and inter-company loan activities and perform related analysis as needed.
  • Serve as Primary Administrator across multiple treasury platforms and banking portals and enforce internal controls.
  • Assist in meeting the insurance and reporting requirements of customers, vendors, financial institutions and other stakeholders; maintaining organized documentation and records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Assist/lead projects involving multiple departments, resulting in the improvement of Treasury and Risk processes.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Effective communication skills for maintaining relationships with internal partners as well as third parties, such as banks and insurance partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Knowledge of treasury management systems is a plus.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to manage cash flow and financial transactions.
  • High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial documents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
