Job Summary: As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you’d provides administrative and analysis support to the Fleet Support Manager with emphasis in the performance of support services related to the MH Fleet software program and the creation and proper billing of LTM contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and edit LTM billing contracts and Equipment in MH ERP System and maintain their accuracy
- Ensure proper account billing.
- Verification of and tracking contract billing Rates and End Dates.
- Resolution of billing errors and any resulting rebills and credits as necessary.
- Oversee coordination of LTM billing in ERP System with MH Fleet.
- Provide support for the MH Fleet software application:
- Be proficient in all aspects in the use of the MH Fleet software application.
- Collect and organize data from various sources for input into the Fleet program for initial customer setup.
- Confirm accuracy of data in Fleet program at initial setup and maintain on an ongoing basis.
- Investigate for missing data and identify ways to improve data gathering processes.
- Assist and provide guidance to Fleet program users both internal and external to the MH enterprise in the operation of the Fleet program.
- Assist the MH Fleet Support Team with key reporting deadlines and data analysis, etc.
- Further the MH Fleet culture at all opportunities within the company by:
- Working well with and supporting Operations/Branch managers, Service managers, Sales representatives, and others.
- Interface as necessary with vendors, customers, suppliers, branch, and corporate administration
- Embrace the company culture and initiatives
- Follow published company rules and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. plus overtime as required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
