Carle Health is seeking to add a Cardiology APP Supervisor to oversee Cardiology APPs in the Greater Peoria Region . The APP Supervisor is responsible for providing direct leadership by sharing practice expertise, providing constructive feedback, overseeing onboarding and employment processes, cascading and communicating information, and working in conjunction with clinical and provider leaders.
Opportunity Details
- Oversee 12 Cardiology APPs in the Peoria region
- Serve as a leadership partner to Patient Care Managers
- Help with APP engagement, retention and recruitment
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- 2 years of clinical APP experience
- 2 years of leadership experience leading professional groups
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse licensure
