Carle Health is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing practice in Peoria, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Onsite clinic-based position located on the Carle Health Proctor Hospital campus
- Office hours are Mon - Fri 8am-6pm. Seeking a provider to cover four, 10-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Practice will consist of routine gynecology and low risk obstetrical care
- Join a growing practice with an OB/GYN physician and dedicated support staff

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure required
For APRN candidates, nursing certification in Women’s Health or Midwifery required
