Serve as the on-site maintenance technician for 55 residential and 2 commercial properties in the Washington, Greenville, and New Bern areas. Common area maintenance (changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, and performing daytime and evening emergency janitorial duties.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant mechanical equipment and components. Four years of hands-on experience in power generating facility maintenance, preferably as a power plant mechanic, millwright, or equivalent.
SUMMARY: Under the general guidance of the Chief Financial Officer using a work order system, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of CCSI's portion of the building which is expected to average between two and five hours a week, but may be more than five hours for special projects.
