The major function of this position is:

To execute strategic email and social marketing programs, develop sales collateral, and create content that drives Corporate Gifts sales growth and support business objectives through the following activities.

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually

The principal responsibilities and duties of this position are:

  • Create, manage, and execute sales and marketing collateral (including sales tools, sales kits, product collections) in collaboration with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure accuracy and Maui Jim brand compliance.

  • Support the Marketing Manager, Specialty Channels and Director of Sales, Corporate Gifts with planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

  • Maintain the annual marketing communications project and content plan, aligning resources to business goals.

  • Coordinate Corporate Gifts communications for internal and external audiences, including writing and editing copy for marketing and sales team use.

  • Partner with sales leadership to understand marketing needs and help refine goals, budget priorities, and promotional activities.

  • Manage digital assets, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Monitor and optimize email campaign performance through reporting and analysis of metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and other campaign results.

  • Support lead generation initiatives and help guide prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Manage online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM/PPC, videos, email campaigns, blog content, and social media, working with relevant internal and external partners as needed.

  • Support trade shows, FAMs, and other marketing activations.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.

  • Limited travel to promotional and sales events.

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) is strongly desired.

  • Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud (or similar email marketing platform) is preferred.
