The major function of this position is:
We are seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This role requires a hands-on marketer with a strong understanding of paid social advertising, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has mid-level experience running Meta campaigns and is confident managing budgets, driving ROI, and staying up-to-date with the latest platform features and best practices. This role plays a critical part in driving ecommerce revenue growth by scaling efficient acquisition and maximizing return on advertising spend across paid social channels.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000
Shift: 1st Shift (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Hybrid Flexibility: (4 days in office/1 day remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.
Execute audience research and segmentation to target high-value prospects.
Develop and test ad copy, creative, and formats (video, carousel, static, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
Implement and maintain tracking pixels and conversion events.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommendations for growth.
Design and execute structured testing initiatives across audience targeting, creative formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to drive incremental performance improvements.
Build and manage first-party audience strategies including customer lists, site visitors, and lookalike audiences.
Stay informed on Meta Ads platform updates, policies, and best practices.
Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
Listed below are the particular skills preferred for this position:
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and attribution tracking.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and presenting insights.
Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Google Analytics or Amplitude knowledge a plus.
Experience managing performance media for ecommerce brands is a plus.
