The major function of this position is:
Custom fit and dispense Maui Jim sunglasses at Corporate Sales and Incentive Meetings, Golf and Flying Jimmy events. Coordinate logistics of events for assigned Corporate Gifts sales manager(s).
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
In order of importance, the principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Travel 100% of the time to Maui Jim promotional events to custom fit and dispense sunglasses to Maui Jim customers at Corporate Gift, Golf and Flying Jimmy events.
Work with clients at event for on-site logistics and event procedures.
Set-up, tear-down, inventory, and coordinate the station and all promotional items at the events.
Complete paperwork and event order forms for events for assigned Sales Manager(s).
Project a professional image to all customers while presenting company services and policies.
Effectively utilize literature and promotional material supplied by the Company.
Oversee distribution of Rx Conversion Cards for customer Rx inquiries at events.
Work with Corporate Gifts Manager on marketing projects as needed.
Backup retail lobby as needed.
Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.
Desired Qualifications
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. 2+ years of advanced customer service experience.
Desired Qualifications in lieu of education
6+ years of advanced customer service experience. 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
