The overall objective of the department in which this position works is:

To be a lean, high performance, customer-driven department comprised of people of the highest integrity and quality. Provide professional and accurate service for Maui Jim products.

The major function of this position is:

Daily entry of Rx sunglass orders accurately and quickly into Rx Data Entry software.

In order of importance, the principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:

Essential Duties:

Accurately and efficiently input all Rx orders into Rx data entry software on a daily basis. Ensure that all orders are entered into the system to meet customer service goals and deadlines. Maintain an average of 15 entries per hour for RX Orders. Review all orders to ensure they are complete and accurate. Verify Rx information and ability to process the Rx order.

Other Duties:

Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Special Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings.

• Ability to repeatedly type data into a PC accurately.
  
  Available Shifts:
  9:00 PM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

Desired Qualifications

A. As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

High School graduate, with data entry experience and 1-3 years in customer service/data entry. Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.

In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:

4-5 years of customer service with data entry experience. Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.
