The major function of this position is:

Replenish stocks from allocation/returns, pick orders accurately and efficiently, and process special marketing projects. Provide excellent customer service.

Essential duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers internally and externally.

• Replenish stocks from daily allocation, customer returns, event returns, and AE returns.

• Pick all customer orders including Key, Core, Event, Web, Dropship, and AE.

• Perform distribution functions in SAP (RF) as related to product transfers.

• Double check all orders and replenishment to assure 100% accuracy.

• Stage completed orders in designated location.

• Maintain organized processing area.

• Work on special projects and support functions throughout the distribution center.

• Maintain at least minimum production and accuracy standards as set by department.

• Communicate ideas to supervisor and team to ensure department is moving toward goals.

• Communicate job flow to team lead/supervisor and work independently.

• Present flexibility and maturity in working with your team members.

• Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Desired Qualifications:

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

• High School graduate with 1-2 years warehousing experience.
