Position Description:

Training & Development Intern- this position will learn the foundational skills of training and development to assist with various instructional design and training admin tasks.

Assigned Project Details:

• Produce various interactive e-learning trainings, assist with online learning management system maintenance and system usage, and help facilitate the translation of training materials.

Specific Goals and Deliverables for Program:

• Convert pre-leadership development program into an e-learning

• Assist with translations for pre-leadership development programs

• Create e-learnings to support sales team

• Update sales reporting training instructional videos

• Assist with maintenance of learning management system

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and creating effective instructional materials
