The major function of this position is:
Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP.
The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages.
Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns.
Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.
Maintain an average of 18 entries per hour.
Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed.
Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.
Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience. Technical or repair background.
In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:
GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.
