The major function of this position is:
Enter into the computer accurately and quickly the daily sunglasses returned for repair and credit.
The principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Accurately and efficiently process entries into SAP and route to the correct department.
Maintain an average of 16.5 entries per hour.
Assist Repair Technicians and Customer Service with locating packages and communicating special requests.
Contact customers or shipping agents when incomplete information is provided or packages are received damaged.
Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
High School graduate, with 1-3 years data entry experience.
In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:
4-5 years of customer service with data entry experience.
Listed below are the particular skills preferred for this position:
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Typing – 45 w.p.m.
Strong customer service skills.
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
