Position: INTERN-Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Shift: Available all shifts- Mainly Day Shift
Pay: Will vary depending on the skillset of each individual
Position Summary:
A Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Intern is an entry-level role designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of equipment within a manufacturing environment. This internship offers exposure to industrial machinery, preventive maintenance techniques, troubleshooting processes, and safety protocols. Interns work under the supervision of experienced technicians and engineers to learn essential technical and problem-solving skills that are vital for a career in manufacturing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with routine preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
· Support troubleshooting and repair efforts for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Help maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
· Collaborate with technicians and engineers to perform inspections and identify equipment issues.
· Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
· Participate in training sessions to learn about new technologies, tools, and best practices in manufacturing maintenance.
· Contribute to continuous improvement activities focused on equipment reliability and process efficiency.
