Position: Admin Assistant- CNH Goodfield
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
Compensation: DOE $20- up to $25

Primary Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant Associate provides essential support to the office by assisting with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and enhancing team productivity. This role involves a variety of clerical and operational responsibilities to maintain an organized and effective work environment. Helping the Maintenance department, helping give tours, ordering parts, AP/AR and being a resource for anything needed.

Key Deliverables:

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to various teams and departments.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently (phone, email, and mail).
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management software and systems.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office budgeting.
  • Technology Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SAP & Power BI would be helpful.
  • Experience with office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software tools as required.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on various tasks.
