Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

- Coordinate with the customer and the MMS maintenance team

- Work as a leader with minimal supervision

- Analytical skills and familiarity with maintenance CMMS systems

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient with MS Office and other necessary applications

Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality standards and health/safety regulations

- Prepare maintenance schedules and reports

- Manage maintenance supervisors and technicians

- Participate in coordinating projects with customers and other work groups

- Monitor inventory and maintain materials and tools

- Cover open maintenance technician shifts

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

- Perform various physical tasks

- Exposure to outside weather conditions and hazardous materials

- Work in a loud factory environment
