Finance Analyst

We are excited to extend an offer for the Finance Analyst position to work with one of our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in their finance team, contributing to key financial processes and analyses.
Position: Finance Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly OEM Customer P&L for the systems business.
- Monitor and update weekly Systems contra revenue in collaboration with Accounting.
- Analyze Lyve Business revenue to generate internal and external reports for trend monitoring and intercompany transactions.
- Update weekly Systems sales backlog data.
- Update monthly and quarterly contra actuals.
- Prepare the weekly flash file and drive improvements in the flash process.
- Prepare quarter-end/month-end Financial Results Deck.
- Prepare quarter-end/month-end commissions report.
- Prepare quarterly top ten customers report.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses/projects.
Required Skills:
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage large and diverse data sets.
- Willingness to accept new duties as opportunities arise.
- Experience with financial systems: SAP, BOBJ, Tableau.
- Experience in a mid/large size company.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Understanding of business operations and processes.
