Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 Lead cross functional and cross organization teams to drive quality improvement
 Lead local quality engineers toward improvement targets and quality performance
 Drive corrective actions toward systemic resolutions and full closure
 Develop and deliver stakeholder communications in PowerPoint
 Schedule and hold periodic quality meetings and conferences with customers and stakeholders
 Actively participate in periodic quality meetings and conferences
 Track and report quality performance metrics to management
 Ensure quality processes are followed
 Travel to customer sites and work on any issues related to assignment
 Work in a professional manner without direct guidance or direction from others

Qualification:

• BE, Btech with 4 to 7 years
