General Skills/Requirements- Proficiency in English- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills- Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Solid time management skills- Professional appearance- Ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers- Physically able to navigate an active construction site- Clean criminal background and credit history- Ability to pass military background check and gain access to DoD installations- Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)Job Responsibilities- Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.- Responsibly for reviewing and management of overall project schedule.- Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and/or DoD personnel.- Host daily meetings with subcontractors/vendors working on site.- Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for the execution of project.- Tracking and documenting changes in scope.- Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.- Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.- Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.- Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.- First Aid / CPR Certified – Training provided by Kroeschell as required.- OSHA 30 Certified – Training provided by Kroeschell as required.- Typical jobsite work hours 6:00am to 4:00pm Mon-FriExperience/Education- Prior experience with commercial/industrial mechanical and plumbing construction and/or project management.- Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade/related experience preferred.
