The Position: We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor in our Rod Mill to help manage and direct the hourly maintenance workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct hourly maintenance workforce on a rotating shift.
• Coordination of repairs and inspections.
• Perform equipment inspections.
• Responsible for all electrical spares in adequate quantities.
• Following up on shift objectives and direction of resources.
• Documentation of shift activities and reports as required.
• Keep records, maintain equipment drawings, and schematics of Mill equipment.
• Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALITIES REQUIRED:

• Assertive and goal-oriented.
• A self-starter with positive attitude, strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software.

EXPERIENCE & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 5 years industrial electrical/mechanical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Hydraulics knowledge and experience preferred.

PAY RANGE: $59,400 - $74,250

DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS: 12%
