The Position: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to train to become Machine Operators within our Wire Mill operations team. As a Machine Operator, you will run various production machines to produce Red Brand products such as barb wire, fence, and galvanized wire and become a part of the Independent Steel Workers' Alliance (ISWA) Union.

Required Qualifications Include:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime as required
• Weekend/Holiday availability (premium rates apply!)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Positive, team-oriented mentality

Additional Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Experience in an industrial environment
• Forklift driving experience
• Passionate learner
• Motivation to take on challenges

Base starting pay = $19.65/Hour with opportunities for $4-$7 incentive pay achievable after training period.

• Additional $0.35/hr for 2nd shift
  Additional $0.50/hr for 3rd shift
