Overview of the Role

The Engagement Director role requires an exceptional individual to manage client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and drive business growth through strategic farming. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with the Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagement and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team
  • Participating in account planning discussions with Account & Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Being able to travel onsite to client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to growth through farming strategies
  • Implementing continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes
  • Collaborating with partners to ensure that staffing gaps are filled to meet client demands promptly

Requirements

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up organization pre- or post-acquisition
  • Experience in the gig staffing marketplace is highly desired
  • Experience in the staffing industry is otherwise required
  • High levels of positivity and strong social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships
  • Located in the Central Time Zone to support our expansion into Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas markets
  • Knowledgeable in staffing roles in Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, Sales, and Professional Services sectors
  • Degrees don't trump experience - your experience will tell us more about your potential for success than any degree ever will
