INTEGRIS Automation is looking to add a PROJECT MANEGER/TECHNICAL LEAD (PMP) to its automation group with a passion for new product development, problem solving, and exceeding expectations. Opportunities exist in our automation group. This position would be based in Peoria, IL. The candidate can expect to work in a high-velocity and dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency... CORE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of BS in an engineering discipline; Strong Mechanical Engineering skills and fundamentals; Proficient with a modeling tool (SolidWorks preferred, Creo, or Autodesk Tools); Ability to think conceptually; Strong mechanical aptitude, creativity, project management, communication, and analytical skills; Previous experience/interest in inland waterway cargo, grain/bulk material handling, barge operations, or agriculture industries a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in new product development; Design new solutions; Modify and improve existing designs; Create 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks; Participate in brainstorming; Work independently and as part of the loadout solutions team; Provide hands-on manufacturing technical support; Write detailed reports. TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY: Design Tools (SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, etc.); MS Office.
