This is a 40 hour per week position.

Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:30 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm.

This position may require traveling to all of our locations.

Responsibilities:

Performs duties as necessary to insure maintenance of all building systems including preventative maintenance so that there will be no down time during regular work hours.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least five years of building maintenance experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the practices; procedures; equipment and materials used in the maintenance and repair of buildings and related systems (i.e. mechanical, electrical, heating and plumbing).
  • Ability to assess situations and make appropriate judgments.
  • Working knowledge of building plans and specifications
  • Must have own transportation and be able to travel between all of our facilities
