Summary
Essential Functions

1. Provide administrative support for the Academic Support Center (ASC).
2. Coordinate Academic Support Center service request requiring room resources and complete all corresponding communications.
3. Build and maintain positive relationship with faculty, staff and administrators to provide excellent service to students.
4. Assist with the design, development and deployment of program surveys, student and faculty focus groups pertaining to the SI program, as well as the student success series workshops.
5. Field faculty requests, student referrals and monitor engagement, attendance, and persistence data for the ASC.
6. Participate in college-wide or other professional development programs and activities that promote student success.
7. Deploy, collect, and maintain data related to student referrals, engagement, attendance, feedback, and persistence.
8. Perform related duties as required.Minimum Qualifications
