As a Senior Project Manager for Risk Adjustment Strategy and Business Support, you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and cross-functional ways of working. This opportunity provides a broad and in-depth scope with support spanning organizational key priorities with Risk Adjustment tied to long term strategic plans. This position is a part of a broader team with diverse capabilities that support Risk Adjustment Process Consultation & Improvement, Project Management and Strategic Consultation & Planning. The candidate will work in a team-based culture environment with an ability to adjust plans driven by regulatory or other external factors, internal factors, and/or strategic-level change.Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project. Develops project schedules, conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project teams to meet targets and milestones. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Apply internal processes and enforce project standards – define project plan and milestone mapping: initiating, planning, implementing, and completing the project. Project Standards can include but not limited to Intake, Charter, RACI Model/Roles and Responsibilities, Governance Structure, Project Plan, Risk/Issues Tracking, etc.
Interface with internal, external resources to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
Prepare presentations and communication materials on behalf of the project team including executive-level communications.
Partner with operational teams and process team colleagues to drive process improvement and identify/apply best practices.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including the development of agendas, document and distribute meeting minutes, maintain action items/issues log, update project plans and any other documentation as needed to support business partners.
Monitors and reports on project progress and milestones, works closely with business partners to ensure the project remains on track and delivers successfully.
Manages project and program interdependencies and potential roadblocks, establishes clear resolution paths, and escalates situations as necessary.
Quarterly travel and/or as business needs arise.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of project management experience
Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate competing priorities
Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants of varying levels capturing relevant information
Comfortable working on new projects with limited knowledge/expertise of the content and be able to learn quickly to effectively manage the implementation
Proficiency in communicating effectively with project stakeholders up to and including senior level leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or CAPM Certification
Lean or Six Sigma certification

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
