The Senior Data & Reporting Professional tests the overall network in each county of operations to ensure the network is strong enough to support serving customers. The Senior Network Adequacy Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Data & Reporting Professional begins to influence the department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will manage and lead the data infrastructure and reporting methodologies in support of Network Adequacy requirements and process optimization, primarily focusing on the Medicaid line of business, with a deep understanding of network build initiatives to proactively mitigate operational deficiencies, drive superior quality, and establish standardization in an ambiguous environment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years of data analysis and reporting experience
Prior experience creating analytics solutions for various and disparate healthcare Provider data
Advanced in SQL and relational database models
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
Experience utilizing and optimizing the use of multiple large data sets
Experience building reporting solutions and data visualizations using Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in DAX coding
Expertise in data mining, correlation analyses, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
SSIS ETL experience in the process of data extraction, transforming data into information, and loading information effectively
Able to mentor others in how to efficiently code and effectively design dashboards and reports
Knowledge of Provider contracting
Project Management experience
Additional Information
This role is considered "remote/work at home", however, you must live/work in the EST to be considered for this opportunity with preference being given to candidates located within driving distance to Louisville, KY.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
