The Provider Services Educational & Communications Professional reports directly to the Provider Services Advisor and is responsible for assisting with the development of provider educational and communications materials, organizing provider outreach campaigns, and ensuring providers complete all market-required trainings. Additionally, this role will assist with creating and utilizing a content management system for organizing and storing materials. This individual will be an independent contributor in a role that demands strong content creation skills to create provider materials and training, has interpersonal skills to work across business segments, and must be highly organized.The Provider Services Educational & Communications Professional will:
- Draft small to mid-size provider content initiatives for training providers
- Collaborate across departments to update annual provider educational resources to meet state contracted requirements to drive best in class provider experience
- Create and maintain provider communications, such as templates, provider fax blasts, memos, and web updates and submit through formal approval process
- Partner with internal market Provider Services and Claims teams on identified trending needs and errors to craft material for provider education
- Draft/compile quarterly provider newsletter and support annual reviews of market-specific materials
- Participate in regular meetings with project teams to understand their provider training and education needs to ensure aligned segment strategy and approach
- Support provider education team members on annual reviews of documents including peer reviewing documents and tracking documents through the internal review process
- Track and analyze the training program's effectiveness

Required Qualifications
- Must Reside in Oklahoma or within 50 miles of the state border
- Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing and/or related field
- 3+ years of experience with provider relations, provider communications and education and/or related health plan operations
- 3+ years of marketing and communications with experience drafting provider content creation for resources, educational material or training
- Familiar with learning design principles with proven application of those principles to create easy-to-read and captivating provider training and educational materials
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills with proven experience writing educational materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing and/or related field
- SharePoint experience
- Project Management experience
- Design experience
- Experience working in Medicaid/government healthcare
- Understanding of health plan operations and adherence to state requirements
- Familiarity with working in a learning management system and/or software
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
