As Director, Orchestration & Optimization, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of how campaigns are sequenced, prioritized, and optimized across channels—ensuring the right message reaches the right member at the right time.
This role is ideal for a systems thinker and marketing strategist who thrives on solving complex coordination challenges and driving performance through precision and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of high-performing marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing orchestration strategy that ensures campaigns are coordinated across channels, aligned with member needs, and support enterprise business goals.
· Govern campaign prioritization, timing, and delivery logic to optimize member relevance and minimize communication fatigue.
· Own the customer offer orchestration approach in partnership with Analytics and Finance, including offer valuation, segmentation, and channel delivery. Ensure
consistency of 1:1 offers across all touchpoints and enable Next Best Action strategy.
· Establish a channel management center of excellence, implementing standards and best practices that honor customer preferences and optimize channel usage to maximize engagement, customer LTV and minimize opt outs.
· Own and optimize channel health and performance by monitoring campaign effectiveness across owned channels, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve channel performance and member engagement.
· Lead a cross-functional community of practice focused on consistent and scalable journey design, including templates, personalization strategies, and prioritization aligned with member outcomes and key KPIs
· Facilitate best practices for customer journey mapping
· Partner with Operations to optimize and bundle strategic, regulatory, and vendor communications ensuring compliance and enhancing member experience
· Act as the lead user and internal expert on marketing automation platforms, including the capabilities roadmap and enabling digital-first, omni-channel campaign execution strategies
· Present orchestration strategies, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to senior leadership, shaping enterprise marketing planning and investment decisions

Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent years of required experience.
· 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, offer optimization, commercial strategy, or product management within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
· 5+ years of strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating multi-channel offers and optimizing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
· Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
· Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
· Deep understanding and practitioner of customer journey mapping, segmentation and personalization tactics
· Extensive experience leveraging marketing automation and business intelligence platforms to power behavior-based journeys (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega)
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
· Master’s degree or MBA
· Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
· Familiarity with orchestration platforms, decisioning engines, and marketing automation tools
· Experience with journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization strategies
· Knowledge of compliance and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, CMS)

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
