The Product Owner 2 is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Product Owner 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Product Owner 2 maximizes the value of product created by Agile team. Is the liaison with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
- Backlog ownership – ability to prioritize and manage a complex backlog of stories and align output of the team to the overall set of features prioritized by the Product Manager. Additionally provide clarity to scrum team members with regards to the ultimate customer experience delivered by story implementation
- Prioritization and Capacity Management – provide value-based guidance on backlog prioritization to the implementation team. Coordinate with the Product Manager and set boundaries that are based on objective team capacity, taking special care to not over commit the team to deliverables.
- Cross Functional Coordination – work directly with other Product Owners and Product Mangers to ensure that the value delivered by the team aligns with the overall vision set forth in Epics and Features.
- Stakeholder and Business Owner Engagement – consistently engage with key stakeholders, end users and business owners to deliver a high value product that meets required needs. Adopt an iterative approach, demonstrating key team accomplishments and soliciting real time feedback from those that will ultimately use the product.
- Defining Vision – coordinating with both Product Managers and Epic Owners to align on a vision for the owned product. Ensure alignment from the Lead Portfolio Management (LPM) all the way to the team level. Story delivery value should be aligned to overall objectives and key results (ORKs).
This role will improve Product team capacity related to Salesforce Health Cloud and Community’s needs. The Product Owner 2 will be the liaison between the business and the technology team.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree within a related field
- 2+ years of experience working in product ownership.
- Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytic, organization and problem-solving skills enabling sound decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in the following technologies – Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, Miro and Lucid
- Experience supporting large scale Salesforce Health Cloud systems
- Product Management experience a plus

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
