The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional will be responsible for supporting the full- cycle proposal process.- Coordinate and facilitate a variety of departmental and administrative duties that support the organization’s proposal development from cradle-to-grave, including proactively tracking the status of high-stakes deliverables across the organization, coordinating the timeline for various color team reviews, monitoring the communication mechanisms of our stakeholders, and supporting multi-functional efforts with the production of the final response.
- Plan and organize cross-functional meetings to develop and finalize the staffing plan for Medicaid RFP responses, including the collection and organization of resumes, job descriptions, and bios.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to gather and review mandatory RFP requirements and identifying opportunities for redactions where applicable
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Proposal Director, including scheduling review meetings, preparing agendas, taking detailed meeting notes, booking conference rooms and organizing in person color team review sessions.
- Decisions are moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach to formal proposals submitted to external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing projects or complex work
2+ years of proposal experience or relevant education and training.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and in ambiguous situations
Highly organized and analytical with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Medicaid experience
Previous Managed Care experience
Additional Information
Travel: 15% to Humana Healthy Horizons Tampa location and possible travel to other states.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
