The Primary Care Organization Finance team, which helps support the Conviva and CenterWell clinic operations, has more than 300 centers across the country and jointly serves as the nation's preeminent patient-centric primary care provider for seniors.The Finance Professional 2 collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes accurate and timely financial information, enabling senior management to make strategic and operational decisions. This will include monthly reporting, analyzing budget versus actual and actual versus forecast results, variance explanations, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting related to administrative and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) expenses. Must understand department, segment, organizational strategy and operating objectives. Will make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
· 2-5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or other quantitative discipline
· Proficient user with Microsoft Excel
· Proficient in manipulating financial data for analysis and reporting
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Must enjoy working in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications
· FP&A experience (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
· Experience with Oracle Hyperion Smart View, Microsoft Office applications, Power BI
· Intermediate to advanced level user with relational databases (Access, Oracle, SQL or other)
· Experience working with large data sets
Location:
The ideal location for this role will be at the downtown LVL, Ky offices, coming to the office 1 day per week. However, candidates not within a commutable distance to downtown Louisville, Ky /fully remote, will be considered with candidates having a strong skill set for the role.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
