The Care Coaching Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and
evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and
facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs
varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

• Works directly with state agencies to monitor members eligibility

• Typically works on semi-routine assignments
• Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over
prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction
• Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Florida
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • 2 or more years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid guidelines
  • Familiarity with care and well-being resources
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish

Associate or Bachelor's degree

  • Clerical support background in a healthcare environment

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$37,200 - $51,200 per year
