Join our Unified Agent Experience team at Humana, where innovation meets purpose. We're crafting a holistic, best-in-class Sales Agent experience by building a new Salesforce application from the ground up. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sales operations and enhance agent efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects to design and develop innovative solutions that enhance the productivity and capabilities of Sales Agents.
  • Contribute to defining the architecture of the new Salesforce platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and integration capabilities.
  • Engage with the Salesforce Center of Excellence to adopt and promote best practices in Salesforce implementation, ensuring high standards in solutions delivered.
  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using advanced configuration, Mulesoft, and other integration tools or Salesforce connectors to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with a team of developers and engineers to create, test, and deploy comprehensive Salesforce solutions that streamline processes and improve user experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology and continuously seek to leverage new tools and features to benefit the project.


Use your skills to make an impact

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools such as Mulesoft.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certification in Salesforce development is highly preferred.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$104,800 - $144,300 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
