The Business Intelligence Lead leads the team to solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. They will need to be hands on in designing and building data pipelines and the dashboards for various teams.
They will also be responsible for leading the team to monitor and maintain the pipelines and processes.

Typical responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Collaborates with multiple teams across Provider and Network Operations org to identify and document reporting requirements.
  • Builds the necessary data pipelines to curate the data working with internal and external teams.
  • Leads and mentors technical team members to build ETL pipelines and Reports.
  • Steward of data and report accuracy.
  • Team player. Guides and mentors team members helping in their career growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree OR 8 + years of software development experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of advanced SQL experience.
  • 3+ years of BI experience in PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in Python or Java or similar language.
  • Prior ETL experience
  • Prior experience in presenting verbal and written communication to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading technical projects end to end.
  • Meet WAH Connectivity listed in additional information.
  • Able to work Eastern time zone hours.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
    • Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
    • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
    • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
    • Experience working on Cloud Development Platforms, Microsoft Azure

    Work from Home Policy

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


    $104,800 - $144,300 per year


    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
