Pay or shift range: $22.99 USD to $29.26 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary
Ensuring that key functions and procedures are performed accurately and adhere to required regulatory standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Maintain an awareness of all regulatory changes and assist the Chief Compliance Officer with adjustments to the monitoring program
· Monitor assigned regulatory changes, analyzes the changes and their potential impact to the Bank and communicate it to the Chief Compliance Officer
· Monitor the regulatory environment through reading, research, networking, in order to help prepare the Bank from any increased scrutiny that may be developing
· Develop or amend existing compliance review work programs to incorporate any changes in law or regulatory focus
· Perform departmental process and procedure reviews, as applicable, to identify any areas of non-compliance, or increased risk of non-compliance, with banking rules, laws, and regulations
· Prepare reports of the results of completed reviews to help guide department managers in making corrects as well as inform senior management of the results of the review

Education and Qualifications
Essential:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent education or experience
· BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
Experience
Essential:
· Two to four years in field or related area
· Knowledge of customer service principles
· Relevant computer skills:
