Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and compiling information to close mortgage loans and to assure the accuracy of all documents, funding, and booking for Retail Lending.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedules, coordinates, prepares and funds mortgage loan closings
• Reviews all loan pre- and post-closing documents for completeness, accuracy and quality
• Complete verifications of employment and payoff requests for loan closings
• Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met
• Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents
• Keep up with the changing policies and procedures, regulations applicable to the bank and mortgage industry

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Knowledge of customer service principles
• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant computer skills
