Job Summary
Responsible for locking interest rates, disclosing initial and updated disclosures, and monitoring new loan submissions for Retail Lending.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Locks the interest rate at application
  • Produces and delivers initial and updated disclosures
  • Uploads rate sheets to the core loan system
  • Updates loan pricing and fees as needed
  • Monitors incoming applications to comply with disclosure delivery requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relevant computer skills
