Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of maintenance requested from all departments while adhering to departmental guidelines,
procedures & policies at all times. Data Integrity processes an average of over $4,000 request per month; Additional
duties include but not limited to: processing returned mail, clean-up of customer files, handle EOY tax corrections,
process multiple daily & monthly reports while answering the Data Integrity phone line.
The Data Integrity Specialist likes to multi-task & stay busy while working in a fast-paced environment to complete the
job in a timely manner, 95% of all work must be completed daily.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Maintain the Repurchase Agreement program
· Clean up customer files after conversion/upgrade
· Process returned mail
· Handle EOY tax corrections
· Savings bonds addenda maintenance
· Monitor and clean up exception items
· Coordinate the verification procedures and process
Supervisory Requirements
Personnel Management: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Qualifications
Essential:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
Experience
Essential:
· Knowledge of customer service principles
· Relevant computer skills
