In addition to selling the platform, this individual will also be responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and retention, working closely with our Customer Success team. Experience in both sales and account management will be critical to drive adoption, prevent churn, and maximize the value clients receive from Cadence Cash.

Client Onboarding & Success:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation for new clients.
- Work closely with clients post-sale to understand their needs, address any challenges, and ensure they realize the full value of the Cadence Cash platform.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact.
- Implement strategies to prevent churn by identifying potential risks and proactively addressing client concerns.
Account Management:
- Own the ongoing relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services and drive further revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure client feedback is integrated into our offerings and that customer satisfaction remains high.
