RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service level agreements. Will also plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts.
- Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, then suggest and implement improvements while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program. Involves working with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Manage the knowledge management system with guidance from senior colleagues. May involve responsibility for the development or operation of the system.
- Develop procedures and interprets and applies policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advise the wider business on application of policy, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products and services - and develop and amend as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues. May also be responsible for supervising activities performed by a product development or specialist team.
- Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese level, high level of fruency is required.
- University (First degree)
- Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others.
- Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to negotiate independently while providing guidance and training to others on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
- Acts independently to apply comprehensive understanding of the business environment and objectives developing solutions while providing guidance and training to others.

- Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently on costing, budgeting and finance tasks while providing guidance and training to others.
- Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while guiding and training others on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
- Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
- Acts independently using comprehensive knowledge and/or skills to conduct research and analyze data while guiding and training others on how to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
