The collective agreement of the chemical industry applies, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 72.114 EUR and participation in the bonus system. The final offer will be adjusted depending on qualifications and experience.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Leitung und Koordination von F&E-Projekten zur Herstellung von Monomeren und Polymeren wie zum Beispiel Polyimide für Membranen, Fasern, Lösungen oder Pulver.
• Umsetzung von Kunden- (intern und extern) und Marktanforderungen in konkrete Entwicklungsziele und Übertragung dieser Ziele in Projekte.
• Entwicklung von Prozessen, Hochskalierung dieser Prozesse, Überführung in die Produktion. Erstellung der relevanten Dokumente für das Managementsystem.
• Überblick über relevante Patente und wissenschaftliche Literatur, Erstellung von Patenten, Zusammenarbeit bei der Erstellung einer IP-Strategie.
• Auswahl und Implementierung neuer Analysemethoden.

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Chemie sowie Promotion in der Fachrichtung organische oder makromolekulare Chemie.
• Erfahrung in der Polymerchemie wünschenswert.
• Detailliertes Verständnis chemischer Strukturen, breites Wissen zur chemischen Synthese und Kenntnisse aktueller Analytik-Methoden zur Strukturaufklärung.
• Guter praktischer Bezug zur Thematik.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Überzeugendes Auftreten mit sehr guter Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit.
• Kundenorientierung sowie selbstständige, zielgerichtete und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, die geprägt ist durch ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie kreativem und interdisziplinärem Denken.
• Home-Office ist anteilig möglich.
