Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspection, inventory control, shipping transactions, and material movement. The ideal candidate has strong computer and data entry skills, is experienced in an ERP or inventory system, and can work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveries
- Manage packaging materials and warehouse supply areas
- Process inventory transactions, adjustments, and control functions
- Perform kitting and staging of materials for internal departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Support WIP transactions and BOM processing as needed for internal material flow
- Prepare materials for shipping and assist with outbound logistics
- Use forklifts and powered equipment to move product and materials safely
- Maintain an organized, clean warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Qualifications
Education and Experience
· High School diploma, G.E.D.
· Experience in Logistics, Material Handling or 2 - 3 years of equivalent work-related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accurate inventory processing skills
· Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software
· Strong computer and data entry skills (keyboard and number pad)
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on task
· Strong communication and team mindset
· Basic understanding of MRP reporting tools.
Position Demands

· Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a production facility
· Ability to operate forklifts and powered equipment safely

· Electrical Hazards including following Lockout / Tagout processes
· Overhead equipment and crane operation
· Working from elevated platforms and lifts – utilization of fall arrest equipment
· Lifting of heavy equipment – must have the ability to lift 35 lbs
